摘要
电石炉气、焦炉煤气及黄磷尾气等工业废气中含有高含量的HCN,现有的吸收法、吸附法、燃烧法、催化氧化法等HCN净化方法存在不足。介绍了HCN催化水解新技术及其工业应用,该法将HCN催化水解为NH_3,实际应用表明HCN水解率≥90%。
The contents of HCN in some industrial waste gases, such as calcium carbide furnace gas, coke oven gas and yellow phosphorus tail gas, are high, and the four kinds of conventional methods, absorption, adsorption, combustion and catalytic oxidation, for removing hydrogen cyanide from gases exist many disadvantages. A new catalytic hydrolysis technology and its industrial applica-tion for removing HCN are introduced. In the new method, HCN is hydrolyzed to HN3, and the practical data shows that the hydroly-sis of HCN could be more than 90%.
