摘要
对现有的10000m^3/h天然气蒸汽转化制氢装置的工艺流程进行能耗分析,在此基础上提出了节能降耗建议及改进措施,新增了冷凝液回收系统,通过升高原水温度减少了浓水排放,PSA-H2装置尾气在用作燃料之前分离二氧化碳并将其提纯作为一种产品。通过实施节能降耗改造,提高了装置的经济效益和环境效益。
The energy consumption for a 10000m3/h hydrogen plant by natural gas steam reforming was analyzed, based on which, the energy saving suggestions and improvement measures were proposed, including adding a process condensate recovery system, raising the temperature of raw water to reduce the discharge of concentrated water, and separating and purifying carbon dioxide as a product from the tail gas of PSA-H2 unit before it is used as a fuel. The energy saving retrofits improve both economic and environmental benefits of the plant.
