基于测度指标的中国低碳经济发展研究

A Study on the Development of Low-carbon Economy in China Based on Measurement Indexes

针对我国经济目前处于高耗能、高碳经济时期,低碳经济的发展面临着巨大的压力和挑战的现状,采用碳排放、经济增长与碳排放的脱钩指数等测度指标,定量分析我国低碳经济发展水平,指出影响我国低碳经济发展的原因包括能源结构矛盾突出、碳锁定以及低碳城市建设不力等并相应提出调整能源结构,从技术、企业和制度三个层面着手碳解锁,以及城镇绿色化转型等战略措施。

Recently, China is undergoing a period of high consumption of energy and high-carbon economy. The development of low-carbon economy is faced up with severe pressure and challenge. This article analyzes quantitatively the level and reasons of China＇s low carbon economic de- velopment by using several measure indicators such as carbon emissions, the decoupling index of economic growth and carbon emissions , and puts forward the corresponding strategic measures.
