阶层分化背景下农村流动人口城镇化探究

Research on the Urbanization of Rural Floating Population under the Background of Stratification

我国农村流动人口是一个阶层数量庞大且内部已经出现分层现象的群体。通过数据和理论研究发现,职业、收入方式及权利的变化影响着城镇化过程中流动人口阶层化的发展,这种分化主要通过其人际交往圈子、消费模式、价值取向的差异表现出来。这一群体出现的阶层分化与城镇化推进存在着现实困境。针对其城镇融入、身份认同等问题,从教育、文化价值观念及制度层面提出了相应的对策建议。

The rural floating population in China is a large group whose has appeared to be stratified. By means of data and theoretical study it has found that occupation, income and the change of the right influence the stratification of the floating population in the process of urbanization. The differentiation is mainly through its interpersonal circle, consumption patterns, and the difference of value orientation. There are practical difficulties in this group＇ class differentiation and propulsion of urbanization. Finally, in view of its integration into town, identity and other issues, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspect of education, culture value and system, and promote the healthy development of urbanization in China.
