摘要
领导干部的话语形象直接关系到社会治理的水平和绩效。多元主体的平等对话与协商合作是现代治理的鲜明特色,内在要求领导干部必须摒弃生硬僵化的话语形式、空洞抽象的话语内容、无序失范的话语表述,实现从话语控制向话语整合、从单向话语传递向多元话语主体平等对话的转变。创新话语理念、做好话语准备、充实话语内容、善用话语技巧则是实现这一转变的基本路径。
The discourse style of leading cadres is directly related to the level of social governance and performance. The equal dialogue and consultation cooperation among multiple subjects is the distinct feature of modern management, which requires that the leading cadres should abandon the blunt rigid form of discourse, the empty and abstract content, and the disordering expression so as to realize the transformation from controlling to integration, from one-way transfer to equal dialogue. The fundamental routes include innovating concept of discourse, preparing for the discourse, enriching the content of the discourse, and making good use of discourse skills.
