对高等中医药院校创新型教师培养的思考

Thoughts on Training Innovative Teachers for Colleges and Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine

建设一支高层次的创新型中医药教师队伍,是中医药院校自立自强的力量源泉,关乎创新型国家建设,对于中医药事业意义重大。从创新型中医药高等教师的内涵、主要素质特征、建设创新型中医药高等教师的必要性等方面进行重点论述,最后对中医药高校提出创新教师培养的策略建议。

Building a team of high-level and innovative teachers is the source of strength for the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）colleges and universities to gain independence and development.It＇s also associated with the construction of innovative country and means a lot to TCM.This article states mainly in the aspects of the essence of innovative teachers,main qualification,and necessity for building the team of innovative teachers.At last,strategic suggestions are put forward.
