摘要
目的了解离退休卫生专业技术人员的返聘情况,并分析其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样方法,对湖北省30家二级以上医院的离退休卫生技术人员的返聘情况进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验比较不同类型离退休卫生技术人员的返聘情况,采用Logistic回归分析影响返聘意愿和行为的因素。结果 79.38%的离退休卫生技术人员具有返聘意愿;二元Logistic回归结果表明,身体状况、技术职称和返聘意愿是影响离退休卫生技术人员返聘行为的因素;有序多分类Logistic回归结果表明,性别、年龄和身体状况是影响离退休卫生技术人员返聘意愿的因素;离退休卫生技术人员自身认为"健康状况不允许""政策法规引导不足"和"缺少老年人才市场"是影响返聘意愿的主要因素。结论离退休卫生技术人员返聘意愿强烈,根据影响离退休卫生技术人员的返聘行为和意愿的因素,可通过政策法规合理引导构建老年人才市场,来缓解基层社区卫生服务机构人力资源不足的窘境。
Objectives To learn the situation about re-employment of retired health professionals and to analyze the factors influencing their situations of re-employment.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to get samples.Questionnaire was used to collect data of situation of re-employment from Class II Grade A hospital or above in Hubei.Chi-square test was used to compare the situation of re-employment of different types of retired health professionals,and logistic regression was used to analyze factors influencing their willing and behaviors of re-employment.Results 79.38% of the retired health professionals had willing to re-employ.Binary logistic regression model indicated that the physical condition,professional title,and willing of re-employ were factors of re-employment behavior;Ordinal ploytomous logistic regression model showed that gender,age,and physical condition were factors of re-employment willing.Retired health professionals thought that " health condition did not allow," "lacing of policies and regulations to guide" and " missing of elderly talent market" were the main factors affecting their willingness of re-employment.Conclusions Overall,retired health professionals have strong will of re-employment.According to these factors,establishing reasonable guiding policies and building elderly talent market can improve the situation of the lack of human resources of the grass-roots community health service organization.
