摘要
针对高速列车车辆零部件的安全性能要求逐步提高的问题,以高速列车转向架关键部件轴箱体为例,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行静强度分析。基于静强度分析结果采用临界面法Brown-Miller模型对轴箱体进行疲劳寿命预测,最后采用变密度法对轴箱体进行优化设计,实现轴箱体的轻量化设计。
With the problem that the requirement of high-speed train is improved constantly,we selected axle box of key component of highspeed train as the research object. Static strength analysis was carried out with the ANSYS Workbench software. Furthermore,based on static strength analysis,the fatigue life of axle box was estimated using Brown-Miller criterion with assessment. Finally,topological optimization design was made for the axle box basis of the artificial materials method to achieve its lightweight design.
