摘要
分析了目前传统工业除尘系统的不足,指出对工业细粒物进行预团聚后,再应用常规除尘设备脱除工业细粒物是一条提高细粒物去除效果的行之有效的技术路线。总结了细粒物预团聚的物理与化学方法,并介绍了湿法除尘方面的新技术,以及水力喷射空气旋流器(WSA)脱除工业细粒物的新技术及其除尘效果。WSA具有结构简单、无内部组件、不结垢和堵塞、除尘效率高等优点,对于研发新型除尘设备具有参考价值。
The disadvantages of traditional industrial dust removal systems were discussed,and an effective method for dust removal to pre-agglomerate fine particulate matters before using conventional dust removal systems was suggested. The physical and chemical methods of pre-agglomerating industrial fine matters were summarized; moreover,a new dust removal method by using a watersparged aero cyclone( WSA) was introduced. The WSA was characterized by higher efficiency dust removal,simpler structure,no internal parts and no fouling and plugging within it,which is beneficial to the further research of developing new dust removal equipments.
