摘要
为解决定制型线阵相机模拟前端驱动处理电路可复用和可移植问题,在分析TCD1700系列线阵CCD器件工作原理、时序参数相关性和异同点基础上,对线阵相机模拟前端驱动处理电路进行集成化、IP核化设计,给出了设计逻辑、接口及寄存器定义,使用verilog语言,利用quartus II和modelsim平台进行了设计建模和仿真测试。最后在cyclone IV器件平台进行了实现和验证,并将设计的电路用于盛液管和液位界面检测实验。实验结果显示:前端处理电路对液位及盛液管特征信息提取准确,电路噪声抑制效果良好,可复用。
To solve the reuse and portability problem for custom linear camera driving and signal processing circuit,integration and intellectual property( IP) core of linear camera drive and signal processing circuit were designed based on the analysis of the operational principle,timing parameters and differences and similarities between TCD1700 series CCD device,and the definition of design logic,interface and register were given,and the design model and simulation test were built and executed with verilog language and the quartusii and modelsim platfrom. At last,it was implemented and verified in cyclone IV device platform, and the designed circuit was applied in detectionexperiments of drip tube and liquid level interface. Experimental results show that: the front-end processing circuit can have accurate characteristic information extraction of liquid level and drip tubes and have good effect in circuit noise suppression,which is reusable.
