Study on Evaluation of Traffic Adaptability in Jiangsu Province Based on PSO-PP Model

为研究江苏省交通运输满足社会经济需求的程度,引入交通适应性概念。在建立科学评价指标体系的基础上,通过德尔菲法和熵权法分别确定主客观权重并对其进行拟合。通过PSO-PP对交通适应度进行综合打分评价,最终确定各指标评分结果并指导实践。江苏省交通适应性综合得分为1.326,交通基础设施适应性分值为0.566,运输服务适应性分值为0.407,社会经济适应性分值为0.426。结果表明:江苏省在交通安全性、公路发展等方面表现突出。

To study the satisfaction degree of the transportation system of Jiangsu province,we introduced the concept of traffic adaptability. On the basis of establishing the scientific evaluation index system,we decided and fit the subjective and objective weights which respectively from Delphi method and entropy weight method. By using the PSO-PP method, we evaluated the traffic adaptability of Jiangsu Province,and ultimately analyzed the index to guide practice. At present,the traffic adaptability in Jiangsu province is 1. 326,and the adaptabilities of infrastructure,transport service and community economy are 0. 566,0. 407 and 0. 426 respectively. Results show that the safty and highway development in the transportation system in Jiangsu province are in good condition.
