摘要
了解基于思维导图的PBL和cBL双轨教学法在护生急诊临床教学中的应用及效果。80名实习护生随机分为传统教学组和思维导图结合案例教学组,并对带教教师和学生进行教学效果调查与评价。教师和学生均对思维导图案例教学模式的评价更高(P〈0.05)。教学后思维导图案例教学纽在理论成绩和技术操作成绩、病例分析三方面均显著优于传统教学组(P〈0.01)。基于思维导图的PBL和CBL双轨教学法在急诊临床教学中教学效果好,提升了临床护生综合素质。
This study aims to explore the application and effect of PBL and CBL double track teaching method based on the mind map in nursing students' emergency teaching. 80 nursing students were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the mind map combined with case teaching group. A survey and evaluation about the teaching efficiency is conducted later. The result shows that both the teachers and students evaluate higher (P〈0.05) in the mind map and case-based learning mode; the scores in mind map and case-based learning group was significantly better than the traditional teaching group after teaching (P〈0.01). This study shows that the PBL and CBL double track teaching method based on the mind map in emergency clinical teaching was better in efficiency and improved the comprehensive quality of clinical nursing students.
