摘要
油水处理设备内部与腐蚀介质接触的表面应采取有效的防腐蚀保护。传统刷涂方法难以在设备接管的小口径管段内壁形成良好涂层,容易产生针孔、漏涂等缺陷。常规涂装工艺和涂层材料在接管法兰密封面不能形成承压轮廓,没有涂层保护的密封面是设备易腐蚀的位置之一。本研究采用一种衬管和密封面涂层重塑新技术解决接管防腐问题,实现接触面与腐蚀环境完全隔离,从材料选用、衬管加工、模具加工、施工工艺方面介绍了技术的应用。该技术的使用避免了接管的提前腐蚀,提高了设备防腐系统的完整性。
An effective corrosion protection should be taken to protect the surface that contact with the corrosive medium in the inside of oil and water treatment equipment. However, the traditional brushing treatment is difficult to form a good coating in the internal surface of nozzles with small diameter. It is inclined to produce film defects including pinhole and lack of coating, etc. Normal coating process and coating material can't form a pressure-beating profile on the sealing surface of the flange end. The sealing surface is one of the most serious corrosion positions because it has no coating protection. In this paper, a new technology of insert and sealing surface coating remodeling is applied to solve the corrosion problem because it can completely isolate the contact surface from corrosive environment. Moreover, this paper introduces the application of the new technology in terms of material selection, insert manufacture, mold manufacture and construction technology. It avoids the early corrosion of the nozzle and improves the anticorrosive system integrity of the equipment.
