摘要
石墨烯因其优越的气体隔绝性能、吸附性能、超强的机械强度和热稳定性,引起了巨大的研究兴趣。通过改性修饰,石墨烯的分散性、相容性得到明显提高,可应用于防火涂料中。石墨烯的阻燃机理已得到深入研究。尤其是石墨烯与其他阻燃剂的协同作用更加改善了防火涂料的阻燃性能。石墨烯在自然界中能自然分解,使之成为涂料中最有前景的材料。本文着重介绍了石墨烯在防火涂料中应用研究现状,讨论了目前面临的挑战,指出未来研究方向。
A graphene has drawn much concern due to its excellent impermeability to ga- ses, adsorption capacity, mechanical strength and thermal stability. The graphene's dispensa- tion and compatibility has been obviously improved via modification, allowing the graphene to be used in fire-resistant coatings. The fire-resistant mechanism of graphene has been investigated deeply. Specially the synergy of graphene with other flame retardants can greatly improve fire-resistant performance of coatings. The biodegradability of the graphene in natural environment indicates that the graphene is the most promising component in coatings. This article presents current progress and discusses the major challenges and prospects of the graphene in the fire-resistant coatings.
