冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖受力性能研究综述 被引量:3

Literature review of mechanical performance of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floors

摘要 冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖在使用过程中既要承担上部楼层传来的竖向荷载并且传递风荷载及地震力至剪力墙,同时要满足舒适度指标,因此组合楼盖必须具备良好的承载能力、刚度及振动性能。结合国内外具有代表性的冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖受力性能的研究进展,从承载力研究、刚度研究和振动性能研究三个方面总结,分析组合楼盖类型和不同楼盖构造措施对组合楼盖受力性能的影响,综合国内外理论分析成果,总结不同类型的组合楼盖抗弯承载力和平面内(外)刚度的计算方法及振动舒适度设计标准,指出冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖现有设计方法和理论体系的不足,为编制国家或行业设计标准提供可靠依据,以期推动冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅在中国的发展应用。 In the process of use,cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor should undertake the upper floor vertical load and transfer wind load and seismic force to the shear wall; in addition,the composite floor should meet the comfort index.So the composite floor must have good bearing capacity,stiffness and vibration performance. Combined with domestic and foreign representative research progress of mechanical performance on cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor,research progress was summarized from three aspects of bearing capacity, stiffness and vibration performance. The influences of different combination floor types and different floor structure measures on mechanical performance of the composite floor were analyzed. Combined with domestic and foreign theoretical analysis results,the flexural bearing capacity calculation method and the in-plane or out-of-plane stiffness calculation method were summarized as well as vibration comfort design standards of different composite floor types. In addition,it pointed out the shortage of the existing design method and theory system for cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor,providing a reliable basis for the compilation of national or industry design standards to promote the development and application of the cold-formed thin-walled steel structural housing in China.
