制造视角下的小尺度建筑设计策略研究

Research on the Design Strategies of Small Scale Buildings in the Perspective of Manufacturing Industry

近年来,建筑设计精致性问题已成为业内热议话题。相比较而言,与建筑业具有相似产业特征的制造业,在生产效率不断提高的前提下,产品品质日益增强,这与制造业设计机制密不可分。该文从制造业设计视角为出发点,分析了紧凑型小尺度建筑在设计阶段和建造阶段的设计手法,诠释了设计阶段的参数设计、模块化设计和用户参与等方法,剖析了建造阶段的流程设计、装配条件和增值储运等内容,并以抽屉屋为设计实例,运用了相关设计方法,进而提出了与使用需求和建造相结合的设计策略,以提高建筑品质。

In recent years, the refinement of architectural design has become a hot topic. The product quality of manufacturing industry which has similar industrial characteristics as construction industry is increasing gradually, due to the continuous improvement of production efficiency which is closely related to the manufacturing design mechanism. From the perspective of manufacturing design, the design method of compact and small scale building in the design stage and construction stage, we explain the design method of the parameters design, modular design and user participation. We further study the process design, assembly parts and value-added storage and transportation. Taking the drawer house design as an example, we apply relevant design methods and also provide design strategies with a combination of demand and construction. These strategies are targeting to improve the quality of construction.
