摘要 对泵壳结构进行了分析,针对其壁薄、腔深,边缘易缺料、整体易翘曲变形的特点,设计了泵壳的二浇口和三浇口两种浇注系统方案。通过Moldflow软件比较各方案的充模时间、塑料流动前端温度和气穴等,选取了采用1个主流道、均匀分布的3个二、三级分流道的三浇口方案为泵壳浇注系统,其注塑时注射压力为63.9532 MPa,锁模力为47.5293 t。在此基础上设计了注塑模具的5回路冷却系统,并对泵壳进行了翘曲变形分析。达到了由模具冷却和材料取向引起的塑件翘曲变形近乎零的效果。 The structure of the pump case was studied. Two plans for the pump case-two-gate system and three-gate system were designed based on its features including thin wall, deep cavity and easy to lack of the material in the edge as well as easy for deformation and heat accumulation. Through the comparison of the two plans in filling time, plastic flow front temperature and cavitation with Moldflow software, a three-gate plan was selected which utilizes one main runner and three second and third subchannel evenly distributed as the gating system of the pump case. In this plan, while injection, the injection pressure was 63. 9532 MPa and the clamping force was 47. 5293 t. On this base, a five-loop cooling system of the injection mold was created, and the pump shell buckling deformation was analysized. Warping deformation caused by mold cooling and material orientation was almost zero.
