摘要
在空气源热泵热水器系统中,冷凝温度时变性强,且过热度对电子膨胀阀的响应具有非线性、大时滞性的特点。针对这些特点,该文将模糊控制技术与蒸发器过热度原理相结合,设计了应用于电子膨胀阀调节的模糊控制模型,按照一定的控制策略实现对蒸发器过热度的控制。经过实验证明,该模糊控制方法具有一定的鲁棒性和适应性,能够较好地应用于非线性、时滞、时变的热泵系统的电子膨胀阀控制,可使热泵热水器系统具有较好的抗干扰性能和动态性能。
In the air-source heat pump water heater system,condensing temperature varies with the water temperature frequently,and the response with large time delay of superheat to electronic expansion valve (EEV) is nonlinear. Aim- ing at these characteristics ,this paper combined fuzzy control technology with evaporator superheat principle and built up a fuzzy control model applied to regulate the EEV,and realized superheat control according to certain control strategies. Through experiments,this control model can make the heat pump system has good dynamic performance.
