男男性行为HIV感染者延续护理需求的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on the Continuity of Nursing Needs of HIV Infected Persons with Male-male Sexual Behavior

目的了解男男性行为HIV感染者延续护理的需求情况。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究,对10例男男性行为HIV感染者进行半结构式的深入访谈,并利用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果男男性行为HIV感染者对延续护理需求有3个主题:疾病相关知识需求度较高;网络形式的随访需求较大,电话、家庭随访接受度较低;希望接受无区别对待的护理服务。结论护士应了解男男性行为HIV感染者的延续护理需求,积极开展适应该人群的延续护理服务。

Objective To understand the needs of continuing care in HIV infected persons with male-male behavior. Methods In this study,a qualitative study was conducted to study the semi structural in-depth interviews with 10 men who were infected with HIV,and the data were analyzed by means of content analysis. Results HIV infected persons with male-male be- havior have three themes for continuing care needs ： higher demand for disease-related knowledge ;larger demand for network in the form of follow-up,lower degree of acceptance of telephone, home follow-up ; hope for accepting no distinction of nursing service. Conclusion Nurses should understand the continuity of nursing needs of HIV infected persons with male-male behavior, and con- tinuous care services for this kind of population should be actively carried out.
