孟鲁司特钠对儿科哮喘患者的临床治疗效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Montelukast Sodium in Pediatric Patients With Asthma

目的研究孟鲁司特钠对儿科哮喘患者的临床治疗效果。方法随机抽取2014年3月至2015年5月在我院接受哮喘治疗的116例患儿的临床资料,根据其药物治疗方式不同分为试验组和对照组,对照组患儿接受传统治疗,试验组患儿在传统治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠,分析两组患者的肺功能改善情况、临床症状缓解时间和肺部体征消失时间。结果相比于治疗前,经过药物治疗后两组患儿的肺功能指标FEV1、PEF均得到明显改善,其中试验组患儿的肺功能指标明显优于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组患儿的肺部体征消失时间和症状缓解时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠可以有效改善儿科哮喘患者的肺功能,并能快速促进其康复,值得在今后的临床治疗中继续推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium in pediatric patients with asthma. Methods Clinical data of 116 cases of pediatric patients with asthma in our hospital from march 2014 to May 2015 were randomly selected and were divided into experimental group and control group according to the drug treatment ways. The control group received tradi- tional treatment while the experimental group were treated with Montelukast Sodium ono the basis of traditional treatment. The im- provement of lung function and the duration in which clinical symptom relieved and pulmonary signs disappeared in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment,lung function indexes FEV 1 and PEF in patients of two groups were significantly improved compared with before, and those indexes were significantly better in experimental group than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the du- ration in which patients＇ pulmonary sign disappeared was significantly shorter in experimental group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conduslon Moutelukast Sodium efficiently improved the lung function of pediatric patients with asthma and promoted their rehabilitation. Thus it is worth to be universally used in the future clinical treatment.
