耳部孢子丝菌病1例

A Case of Auricular Sporotrichosis

患者男,40岁。右耳起疹1年余。皮肤科情况:右侧耳轮至耳垂见多数米粒至绿豆大小暗红色丘疹,部分覆红褐色薄痂,表面轻度脱屑,耳垂部皮肤轻度肿胀。经组织病理检查、真菌培养及分子生物学鉴定,诊断:孢子丝菌病。予10%碘化钾口服治疗1个月,皮疹基本消退。目前仍在随访中。

A 40-year-old man complained of one-year＇s history of rash on right pinna. Physical examination revealed that there were multiple dark red papules ranged from rice-grain-sized to bean-sized from right helix to earlobe. Some papules were covered with thin reddish brown crusts and mildly desquamated. The skin of earlobe was slightly swollen. Sporotrichosis was diagnosed by typical histopathological findings, positive fungal culture and identification of molecular biology. Remission was observed in the first month with the treatment of oral 10% potassium iodide. This patient is still under follow-up.
