摘要
从建设单位角度出发,以广州市白云山梅花谷升级改造园林项目为例,阐述如何对园林建设项目实施科学、合理的全面管理,利用有效的资金投入实现项目的社会和经济效益最大化,对广大建设单位开展同类园林项目管理工作具有借鉴与指导意义。
From the perspective of the construction unit, taking Guangzhou Baiyun Mountain Plum Blossom Valley upgraded garden project as an example, this article elaborates how construction unit manage landscape construction project scientifically and reasonably. We also discuss how to use capital efficiently to maximize social and economic benefits. These introductions would provide reference for project management of general construction units.
