On Improvement of the Leadership from a Perspective of“Five Development Conceptions”

"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"发展理念,是中国改革开放发展经验的集中体现,反映了中国共产党对发展规律的新认识。各级领导干部要在践行"五大发展理念"的实践探索中,不断提升贯彻落实中央和省委重大战略决策能力、履职尽责能力和驾驭经济社会发展能力。

The development conceptions, ＂innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing＂, are the concentrated reflection of development experience of China＇s opening and reform. They have reflected the CPC＇s new understanding of de- velopment rule. In practice of these ＂Five Development Conceptions＂, leading cadres at various levels should constantly im- prove their ability of implementing the significant strategic decision either from central or provincial committee of CPC, ability of services for duty and ability of reining the economic and social development.
