摘要
加快发展公共租赁住房,是推进新型城镇化的必然要求,是实现"住有所居"目标的有效举措。要将经济适用住房、廉租住房等保障性住房统一纳入公共租赁住房,逐步建立起以公共租赁住房为基本形式的城镇基本住房保障制度。促进公共租赁住房制度的完善,要严格控制公共租赁住房面积;积极筹集公共租赁住房房源;科学确定和合理补贴公共租赁住房租金;有效管理公共租赁住房。
A quickening development of public rental housing is required by new urbanization and it is an effective measure to realize the aim of housing security. Economical housing and low-rent houses should be included in public rental housing so that an urban housing security system with public rental housing as the basic form can be gradually established. For the improvement of the system,we must strictly control the floor space of public rental houses,actively raise housing sources,scientifically decide and reasonably offer rent allowance and effectively manage public rental housing.
