高师古筝教学的现状、问题与对策

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Guzheng Teaching at Teachers Colleges

高等师范院校的古筝教学存在的主要问题是:学生为通过艺考,急功近利,专业基础薄弱,专业素养较低;教师的教学模式陈旧,教学目标不明,教学内容和手段比较单一;学校的课程安排守旧,基础设施无法满足古筝教学的要求。高师古筝教学必须紧抓培养方案的修订,创新课程设置,完善基础教育设施,为学生创造更多的艺术实践机会,适应新时代的发展要求。

Problems exist in the teaching of Guzheng at teachers colleges. Some students with weak artistic foundation and professional quality are eager for quick success in the art examination. Some teachers still adopt outmoded teaching approaches with unclear teaching aims and single teaching contents and methods. Some schools,with insufficient teaching equipment and outdated curriculum,are unable to satisfy the teaching needs. It is necessary to revise the talent cultivation plan,innovate the curriculum,improve the facilities,offer students more practice opportunities and adapt to the requirements of the new era.
