蒙药额尔顿乌日勒对兔视网膜缺血再灌注损伤的血液流变学影响

Effect of Mongolian Medicine Eerdun wurile on the Hemarheology in Rabbits' Retinal Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

目的:观察兔视网膜缺血再灌注损伤血液流变学变化及额尔顿乌日勒的保护作用。方法:将95只日本大耳白兔随机分为正常组、模型组、额尔顿·乌日勒(又名珍宝丸)组和原花青素组(PC组),采用升高兔眼压到50mm Hg持续2h的方法制作视网膜缺血再灌注模型。除正常组外,每组分别在缺血再灌注1、6、12、24、48、72h后检测视网膜组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血液流变学指标。结果:除血浆黏度外,模型组与正常组比较,血液流变学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);珍宝丸组及PC组与模型组比较,血液流变学差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),珍宝丸组与PC组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOD:模型组的24h、48h、72h与正常组比较视网膜组织中SOD活力均明显下降,珍宝丸组及PC组的24 h、48h、72h视网膜组织中SOD活力均相应的有所提高,且明显高于同时间点模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内24 h、48h、72h与1h、6h、12h比较,SOD活力均有降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MDA:模型组24 h、48h、72h与1h、6h、12h比较,珍宝丸组及PC组与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:额尔顿乌日勒可改善视网膜的血流,防治视网膜缺血再灌注损伤。

Objective To explore the hemarheology changes in rabbits＇ retinal ischemia - repercussion Injury and the protective effect of Eerdun wurile. Methods 95rabbits were randomized into a normal control group, a chemist - repercussion model group, a Eerdun wurile group （ Zhen - Bao Pills group） and a Proanthocyanidins group （ PC group）. A method of elevating intraocular pres- sure of rabbits up to 50ram Hg for 2 hours was employed to make a retinal ischemia - reperfusion model. Except normal eontrol group, the tissue malondialdehyde （MDA） content, the activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and hemarheology indicators were detected in the rabbits of each group, after Ischemia -reperfusion 1, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72hour. Results Except plasma viscosity, in compari- son of the model group with the normal control group, the differences in hemarheology were significant statistically （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In comparison of theZhen - Bao Pills group, PC group with the model group, and Zhen - Bao Pills group with PC group, the differences in hemarheology were significant statistically （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. SOD ： Concerning to SOD activity, the differences were significant statisti- cally in comparison of the 24h, 48h and 72h of model group with the normal control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The SOD activity of retinal tissue were increased obviously in comparison of the 24h, 48h and 72h of Zhen - Bao Pills group, PC group with same time - point subgroups of the model group. MDA： Concerning to MDA content, the differences were significant statistically in comparison of the24h, 48h and 72h with the lh, 6h, 12h of the model groups, and the Zhen - Bao and PC group with the model group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Eerdun wurile can prevent from and treat the retinal isehemia reperfusion injury.
