摘要 目的:采用反相高效液相法测定不同产地辣椒中辣椒素和二氢辣椒素的含量。方法:采用安捷伦Eclipse SB C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm;5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长280nm,柱温25℃。结果:各产地辣椒中均含有辣椒素和二氢辣椒素,目不同产地的含量差别较大。结论:该方法准确、简便、可行,可作为辣椒药材的含量测定方法。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in fruits of Capsicum ann-uum,and compare the quality of the different areas of Capsicum annuum.Methods The HPLC system consisting of Agilent Eclipse SB C18 (250mm×4.6mm;5μm) column and a solution system of methanol -water (50 ∶50),The detection UV wavelength was at 280nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min ^-1 ,the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The contents of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in fruits of Capsicum annuum from different habitats are significantly different.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Capsicum annuum L.
