协同护理对脑卒中45例疾病不确定感及生活质量的影响

Influence of Collaborative Care Model on Uncertainty in Illness and Quality of Life of Stroke Patients

目的:探讨协同护理模式对脑卒中患者疾病不确定感和生活质量的影响。方法:将90例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组45例和干预组45例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上给予协同护理模式。在入院和出院2个月时采用疾病不确定量表和生活质量量表对患者进行调查。结果:干预后,干预组患者疾病不确定感评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:协同护理模式可有效降低患者的疾病不确定感,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To probe into influence of collaborative care model on uncertainty in illness and quality of life of stroke patients. Methods A total of 90 patients of stroke patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The patients in the control group received routine care and patients in intervention group received not only routine but also collaborative care model. All the patients were investigated with MUIS questionnaire and SF - 36 before and after intervention. Results After the intervention , MUIS scores in intervention group were significantly lower the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. SF - 36 scores in intervention group were significantly higher the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Collaborative care model can relieve uncertainty in illness of stroke patients and improve their quality of life.
