以大平台课程体系为基础的高职人才培养方案改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Higher Vocational Talent Training Plan Based on Large Platform of Course System

针对专业课程设置细化与行业产业发展对人才需求的矛盾,以及学生专业课程不对口、学习被动问题,提出以大平台课程体系为基础的高职人才培养方案设想,压缩专业必修课程,增加专业选修课占比,形成了通识素质课、专业必修课、专业限选课、专业任选课四层架构的课程体系。这使课程选修方向更加开阔,学生兴趣爱好得到一定的满足,教学资源利用充分。大平台选修课程为分类分层教学打下基础,有利于培养产业发展所需人才。

Based on problems including the contradiction between specification of specialty curriculum design and industry development on demands for talents,the mismatch of professional curriculum and passive learning,this paper presents the talent training plan based on large platform of course system,which is to offer fewer professional required courses and increase professional selective courses. The course system includes liberal courses,professional required courses,professional limited optional courses,and optional courses. This may create more chances for students to select courses and meet their interest. At the same time,teaching resource is fully used. The large platform optional course system can lay the foundation of teaching in different levels and is beneficial tin cultivating talents for industries.
