生态整合思维下的高职创业教育研究

Study on Higher Vocational College Entrepreneurship Education under Ecological Integrated Thinking

在"大众创业,万众创新"口号下,高职创业教育既迎来新的机遇又面临新的挑战。当前,我国高职创业教育存在"四重四轻"现象,即:重比赛轻教育,重形式轻内容,重要求轻培育,重校内轻联合。运用生态整合思维,开展高职创业教育生态化培育,从加强顶层设计、洞悉市场需求、整合大赛资源、增强师资力量等方面着手,构建高职创业教育生态系统,对学生实行分类指导,突出教育务实有效,完善创业实施保障,以全面促进高职创业教育的可持续发展。

In ＂ mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation＂ slogan,higher vocational education has met both new opportunities and new challenges. At present,higher vocational entrepreneurship education in China focuses on competition,form,requirement and campus,with neglect of education,content,cultivation and cooperation. Higher vocational colleges should carry out the ecological cultivation of higher vocational education,build the eco-system of higher vocational education,give different guidance to different students,highlight the effectiveness,perfect the safeguard and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education from aspects of strengthening the top-level design,examining the market demand,integrating competition resources,and strengthening teaching staff,etc.
