摘要
成本、进度、质量控制是在项目管理中贯穿于全过程的综合性管理。项目管理实施过程中实现费用和工程进度的匹配及有效控制是目的,针对工程项目管理中优化的具体问题,做出了在"挣值法"中引入关键线路和扰动参数计算的改进,且运用改进后的"挣值法"进行工期预测、扰动参数估算的计算公式进行实践。研究目的是为提升"挣值法"在工程项目进度优化中的适用性,更好地解决工程成本与进度集成管理的问题。
Cost,schedule,quality control in engineering project management is comprehensive management throughout the entire process. In the project management implementation process to achieve effective control of matching costs and project progress is the goal. Aiming at the issue-specific of optimization in the engineering project management,the critical path and disturbance parameters are introduced into the ＂Earned Value Method＂to calculate improvements and proposed use improved ＂Earned Value Method＂forecast period,and practice by using the disturbance parameter estimation formulas. The purpose is to enhance the applicability of ＂Earned Value Method＂in project optimization,better resolve project cost and schedule integration management problems.
