一种基于形态学分水岭算法的图像分割改进算法

An Improved Image Segmentation Algorithm Based on Morphological Watershed Algorithm

文章针对细胞图像的特点,在形态学分水岭算法基础上,对分水岭算法提出改进。该算法首先对图像进行中值滤波预处理,然后在数学形态学的基础上提取边界,达到分割图像的目的。通过Matlab实验证明,该方法算法简单,运行速度快,可以较好地削弱经典分水岭算法产生的过分割现象,分割效果较好。

In this paper, the watershed algorithm was proposed for the characteristics of cell image based on the morphological watershed algorithm. The algorithm of the image was pretreated by a median filter, and then the boundary was extracted based on the basis of mathematical morphology to achieve the effect of the segmentation image. It was proved by MATLAB experiment that the method is simple and fast, and it can weaken the segmentation phenomenon of the classical watershed algorithm.
