Research on the Problems of Teaching Management Staff Professionalization and Its Countermeasures in Newly-built Universities

加强教学管理队伍的专业化建设,是新建本科院校提高管理效能、提升教学质量的重要条件和必然选择。新建本科院校教学管理队伍建设中存在诸多问题,应通过更新观念、加强培训、改善环境、建设制度等策略促进其专业化发展。

Strengthening the professionalization of teaching management staff is essential and inevitable for the newly-built universities to improve management efficiency and the quality of teaching. Through analysis of the problems existing in the construction of teaching management staff in newly-built universities,the paper proposes some countermeasures from updating notion, enhancing training, improving environment and constructing system aspects.
