摘要
当前我国的地方高校正面临应用型改革的巨大压力,如何走出困境,实现转型发展显得尤为关键。同样公共事业管理专业近年来虽然招生规模逐年扩大,但毕业生就业情况却不尽人意。因此,本文以长治学院公共事业管理2013—2015年三届毕业生为研究对象,从就业流向、就业呈现的特点、就业困境的原因等方面进行分析,并从专业人才培养目标、教学课程改革、学生就业职业培训等方面提出改善措施,来提升公共事业管理专业毕业生综合素养与社会竞争力。
The local universities in our country are facing of applied pressure,and it is crucial to get out of the dilemma and realize the transformation of development. Meanwhile, although the enrollment scale of public utility management profession expanded year by year, graduate employment situation is not so optimistic. Hence, this paper tabes three years' graduates of public utility management majors in Changzhi University during 2013-2015 as the research object, analyzing the characteristics of employment flowing direction and current employment status. At the same time,to improve the public utility management graduates' comprehensive qualities and social competitiveness, it puts forward several constructive proposals about the target of profession fostering, teaching curriculum reform, students employment training, and so on.
