福建省公共体育场地投资效率分析

An Analysis of the Investment Efficiency of the Public Sports Field in Fujian Province

从投入与产出的角度,以DEA(超效率)模型对福建省全国第六次体育场地普查的数据进行分析,2012年福建省对公共体育场地的投资达到了最优,其他年份福建省公共体育场地的投资使用率低。福州、厦门、泉州优于平衡轨迹、场地效益良好,三明、龙岩两地的规模效率偏高,其他地区的DEA评价结果均劣于平衡轨迹。改变管理模式,使场地运营商业化,对学校场地资源及大型体育场馆资源的开发利用,是提高福建省体育场地效率的关键。

From the angle of investment and efficiency, based on the DEA （super-efficiency） model analysis of the sixth national investigation data of the sports field in Fujian Province, the investment in public sports has achieved best possible optimization while the utility rate of public field investment in other years is rather lower. The field profits in Fuzhou, Xia- men and Quanzhou are higher than the results in other cities. The sports field scale rates in Sanming and Longyan are much higher than other cities. The DEA evaluation results in other cities are much lower. The keys to improve investment efficien- cy of the sports field in Fujian Province are to change management model, commercialize sports field operation, and strengthen the exploration and utilization of school grounds and large stadiums resources.
