基于电流变效应的汽车ABS制动性能与控制研究

摘要 针对传统电磁阀控制的液压式防抱死制动系统,在汽车制动过程中会存在"打脚"现象,且制动摩擦块和制动盘间的摩擦会使得温度急剧升高,导致制动滞后等现象,提出并设计了一套基于电流变效应的汽车防抱死制动系统。仿真结果表明,通过调节电压可以实现汽车防抱死制动的有效控制,且基于电流变效应的汽车防抱死制动系统的制动性能可以满足汽车制动系统的基本要求。 A new anti-lock brake system (ABS) of automobile based on the electrorheological (ER) effect is proposedto solve the following problems existed in the conventional hydraulic ABS with the solenoid valve, such as the shiveringproblem, the braking lag problem which is caused by the temperature increment during the friction of the brake friction blockand the brake disc, etc. The simulation result shows that the new ABS based on ER can anti-lock effectively brake the auto-mobile by adjusting its voltage, and it also satisfies the fundamental requirements of the automobile brake system.
