湖南汉族健康老年人群血清肌酐参考区间的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立湖南汉族健康老年人群血清肌酐(Scr)的参考区间。方法按照美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)C28-A3文件《医学实验室参考区间的定义、建立和确认》中参考区间研究模式及参考人群筛选标准的要求,采用肌氨酸氧化酶法测定768例湖南汉族60~〈90岁健康老年人Scr水平,其中男392例,女376例。以非参数百分位数法计算湖南汉族健康老年人酶法Scr的参考区间。结果湖南地区汉族不同性别及年龄健康老年人群(60~〈70、70~〈80、80~〈90岁3个年龄组)的Scr参考区间:男性分别为53.4~95.6、58.2~105.6、60.0~111.3μmol/L;女性分别为43.8~76.2、46.7~87.2、48.1~92.2μmol/L。结论健康老年人与其他成年人Scr存在差异,湖南健康老年人群应按照性别和年龄分组制订Scr的参考区间。 Objective To establish the reference intervals(RIs)for serum creatinine(Scr)in healthy elderly Han population of Hunan province.Methods The document C28-A3 issued by CLSI was a guideline about how to define,establish,and verify reference intervals in the clinical laboratory.Scr were determined with an enzymatic method for 768elders(aged 60to90years old),including 392 males and 376 females.The central 95 percentile of RIs were determined using nonparametric statistical methods.Results The Scr values in elderly population showed a Gaussian distribution and age/sex related changes.The RIs for Scr in the reference population respective of age(ranged from 60- 70,70- 80,80- 90years)were 53.4-95.6,58.2-105.6,60.0-111.3μmol/L for males and 43.8-76.2,46.7-87.2,48.1-92.2μmol/L for females respectively.Conclusion The RIs for Scr with an enzymatic method are established according to the gender and age groups in the healthy Chinese elderly population of Hunan province,and could provide a reference for the clinical and laboratory.
