围生期女性甲状腺激素水平的检测与相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨围生期女性甲状腺激素水平,包括总甲状腺素(TT4)、总三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平,游离甲状腺素(FT4)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)阳性率,并分析健康非妊娠育龄期女性、正常妊娠期孕妇及围生期女性甲状腺水平的区别,为预防和治疗围生期女性甲状腺激素异常,提高围生期保健质量提供依据。方法选取中山市南朗医院正常妊娠期(孕周小于28周)孕妇60例纳入正常妊娠组,围生期女性60例纳入围生期组,同期来该院体检的健康非孕女性60例纳入对照组。采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪E601,检测3组的TT4、FT3、TT3、FT4、TSH水平及TGAb、TPOAb阳性率。结果正常妊娠组孕早期与孕中期女性TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH与对照组进行比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常妊娠组孕晚期女性TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH与对照组进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。围生期组各项指标与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常妊娠组孕中期女性TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4、TSH与围生期组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正常妊娠组孕晚期女性TT3、TT4、FT3、FT4与围生期组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。围生期组TGAb、TPOAb检出阳性率明显高于正常妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非孕期与不同妊娠期、围生期女性血清甲状腺激素水平密切相关,围生期甲状腺水平检测对临床筛查和干预甲状腺功能减退有至关重要的作用。
