地下车库内部空间环境的人性化设计浅析

Preliminary Analysis on the Humanization of Interior Space Environment Design for Underground Garages

我国地下车库建设在短短的十几年间经历了跨越式的发展,在缓解了城市停车压力的同时还存在着一些不足。从当前地下车库内部空间环境的现状入手,笔者通过大量的调研和实例分析,针对当前地下车库建设存在的问题,提出了人性化设计的重点和应对措施,并着重从健康物理环境的营造、行车道与停车位的布局、地面自然环境的渗透、艺术设计的运用、标识系统的完善等5个方面来进行深入细致的分析。注重功能实用的同时,也不应忽略其在建筑艺术和技术方面的要求,以此来提高地下车库的舒适性和利用率,为地下车库的设计和建设提供参考。

The construction of underground garage in China has experienced rapid development in a dozen years,but there are still some deficiencies except easing some pressures of city parking. After doing a lot of research,analyzing examples,and in the light of the problems for the current underground garage＇s construction,the paper started from the current status quo of the underground garage interior space environment,proposed the key to the humanized design and presented the corresponding measures,focusing on the analysis of the following five aspects： the construction of healthy physical environment,the layout between the traffic lane and parking spaces,the utilization of outdoor nature environment,the application of art design and the improvement of identification system. We not only pay attention to the function in practical,but also didn＇t ignore the building in art and technology requirements. Through these measures,we will make the interior space environment of the underground garage more comfortable and available,and provide a reference for the design and construction of the underground garage.
