摘要
随着城市地下空间利用意识的加强和浅层地下空间的全面开发,必然带来对深层地下空间开发的迫切需求。而在地下空间的开发过程中,需要不同层次之间的系统化开发,才能为城市整体空间的可持续发展创造条件。通过介绍新加坡南洋理工大学(NTU)深层地下空间利用的具体规划实例,来探讨深层地下空间规划过程中需要关注的地质、环境、功能、节点、疏散等几方面的问题,在浅层地下空间开发体系基础上建立深层地下空间利用体系,并讨论相关规划的可行性、发展性、安全性,使浅层、中层、深层地下空间开发同步规划,为我国合理规划深层地下空间提供一定的借鉴。
With the increased urban underground space utilization,and full flowering of shallow underground space development,it will lead to the pressing needs of the deep underground space development. In the process of the development of underground space,the different levels planning need to be in systematic arrangement,to create conditions for the sustainable development of urban space.In this paper,the status quo of deep underground space utilization in Singapore is discussed,which includes geological conditions,environment,planning,function,evacuation and other aspects.The system of deep underground space utilization should be built on basis of system of shallow underground space development,and the feasibility,development and safety of the planning should be discussed to synchronize the planning of development for shallow,middle and deep underground space. It can serve as reference for the utilization of deep underground space in China.
