摘要
以一类采用斜直螺栓、不设传力衬垫的盾构管片接头作为分析案例,就interface单元模型与罚函数接触算法以及相关参数对应关系等进行了比较,研究表明:(1)管片接头interface单元模型是罚函数接触算法的一种特殊形式;(2)罚函数接触算法中的接触面法向刚度对应interface单元压缩刚度,而"穿透深度"对应Interface单元法向位移;(3)在线性转动阶段,管片接头的转动弹簧模型(弹性铰)、Interface模型、接触算法等3种模型的转动刚度是等效的;(4)采用罚函数接触算法时,接触面法向刚度的选择必须满足转动刚度等效的条件。
To deal with one class of segment joint( without packing materials and with bolts) for the segmented tunnel lining,the interface element model was compared with the penalty method of contact algorithm. It showed that:( 1) interface element model was the special case of the penalty method of the contact algorithm;( 2) the normal stiffness of contact surface in the penalty method of contact algorithm corresponds to the compression stiffness of interface element and the penetration depth to the normal deformation of Interface model;( 3) the rotation stiffness of three models as rotational spring model,Interface model and contact algorithm of segment joint in linear rotation is equivalent;( 4) for the penalty method of the contact algorithm,the rotation stiffness should be equivalent in selection of normal stiffness of contact surface.
