鼻咽癌放射治疗后双侧颈内动脉闭塞支架植入术一例报道

摘要 鼻咽癌是头颈部常见肿瘤之一，放射性治疗在其治治疗中起着重要的作用。然而放射性治疗在有效杀灭肿瘤组织的同时，具有较多并发症。如放射性脑损伤和放射性血管损伤。随着肿瘤患者放疗后生存期的延长，放射性血管损伤这一严重并发症日益受到重视。
