摘要
该文针对某动力部件长尾喷管粘接存在的问题,综合考虑影响非金属复合材料粘接力的相关因素,根据其结构特点,通过ANSYS建模分析高硅氧/酚醛和碳纤维/酚醛双层复合绝热材料在动力部件正常点火状态的应力图,试验验证应用环氧胶粘接15-5PH马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢与复合非金属材料的粘接性能,最终确定了力矩大小并能够保证材料的稳定性,为其他同类产品提供了参考依据。
In this paper,a power nozzle member Elliot bonding problems considering the relevant factors affecting the adhesion of non-metallic composite materials,according to their structural characteristics,modeling and analysis by ANSYS high silica/phenolic and carbon fiber/phenolic double composite insulating material in power unit normal ignition state diagram of stress test to verify the application of epoxy adhesive bonding 15-5PH precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel and adhesive properties of the composite non-metallic materials,and ultimately determine the size of the moment and to ensure material stability,and other similar products to provide a reference.
