摘要
某型导弹舵机控制电路在测试时,经常出现限幅电流超差故障。该文从分析限流电路工作原理出发,查找出其主要影响因素,并有针对性的提出解决方法,以解决此类故障,提高控制电路装配测试合格率。通过生产实际,验证了这些解决方法的可行性和有效性。
The current of current-limiting circuit frequently surpasses its nomial value in testing servo control circuit of a certain type missile.This paper analyses the working principle of current-limiting circuit,identifies its main influence factors,and brings forward the corresponding solution to solve such failure and promote the passing ratio of control circuit assembly test.The feasibility and effectiveness of the solution method is validated in practice.
