目的建立高效及时的手术分级管理系统。方法以医疗信息标准化工作为推手,通过自主开发的手术分级智能化管理系统实现了手术分级的智能化管理。结果手术分级智能化管理系统杜绝了因手术分级管理不到位而引发的医疗差错和纠纷,同时完善了手术麻醉信息,提高了病案首页手术、麻醉信息的准确性。结论手术分级智能化管理系统是落实手术分级管理的较好工具。

Methods Based on the medical information standard,the intelligent management system was realized through the independent development of the operation classification and intelligent management system.
