目的总结心内科临床教学的经验,提高临床带教方法。方法在充分结合专业知识的基础上,通过引入PBL教学方法,并利用互联网资源以及自制多媒体课件等多元化的现代教学手段进行带教,并评估教学效果。结果现代多种教学方法应用于临床医学生的带教效果显著。结论医患互信是临床教学的基石,多元化的现代教学手段有助于提升心内科临床教学质量。

Objective For summarizing the experience of clinical teaching in the department of cardiology,and to improve the clinical teaching methods. Methods Based on the full combination of professional knowledge,through the ways of PBL teaching methods,the use of Internet resources and multimedia courseware and other diversified modern teaching means to assess the effectiveness of teaching. Results The application of modern teaching methods was significant efficientin clinical medical teaching. Conclusion Mutual trust between doctors and patients is the cornerstone of clinical teaching,and diversified modern teaching methods can help to improve the quality of clinical teaching in the department of cardiology.
