摘要
该研究针对目前生活污泥环境污染、资源化利用率低的现状,结合生活污泥高有机质、高氮低碳的原料特征,开展脱水生活污泥与玉米秸秆的混合厌氧干发酵研究,探讨C/N,接种量对厌氧干发酵的影响及其产气规律。试验结果表明:生活污泥与玉米秸秆厌氧干发酵较优的工艺C/N为25,接种量30%,含水率20%,中温35℃,发酵周期30 d,其干物质产气率为193.22 m L·g^(-1)TS,发酵剩余物的重金属含量和养分含量符合《城市垃圾农用控制标准值》(GB8172)要求,实现了脱水生活污泥的无害化处理与资源化利用。
Sludge had the characteristic of high organic matter,high-carbon and low-nitrogen. Mixed anaerobic fermentation of dewatered sludge and corn straw was carried out to investigate the influence of C / N and inoculum size on biogas production. The results showed that the parameters for optimized process were C / N of 25,inoculation of 30%,moisture content of 20%,temperature of 35℃ and fermentation period of 30 days. Its TS gas production rate was 193. 22 m L·g^(-1) TS.The heavy metal and nutrient content of fermentation residue met the requirement for urban trash standard used in agricultural( GB8172),and achieved harmless treating and resource utilization for dewatered sludge.
