摘要
为了探索水稻秸秆厌氧消化产沼气的特性,采用不同质量百分数H_3PO_4溶液对秸秆进行预处理,在中温(35℃±1℃),水稻秸秆和牛粪按1∶1配比的条件下进行了厌氧消化试验。比较总固体与挥发性固体的去除率、厌氧发酵消化时间、产气量等各项因素,可看出以6%H_3PO_4预处理试验组的效果最好。与对照组相比,TS和VS的去除率分别提高了15.5%和14.0%,累积产气量增加了421.66%,厌氧消化时间提前了9 d,表明6%H_3PO_4预处理是较优的工艺条件。
In order to explore the influence of H3PO4 pretreatments on characteristics of the biogas production of rice straw,the experiment was performed with different amount of H3PO4 solution( 2 %,4 %,6 % and 8 % in mass fraction). After the pretreatment,a batch anaerobic fermentation of straw were conducted under the condition of 35℃ ± 1℃ and 1∶ 1 ratio of rice straw and cow dung. The results indicated that 6 % H3PO4 pretreatment was the best. Its removal rate of TS and VS were increased by 15. 5 % and 14 % respectively,and the cumulative gas production increased by 421. 66 % comparing with the control. At the same time,the digestion period was shortened by 9 d.
