摘要
为保障动物性食品安全,本文从生猪屠宰环节切入,调查整理了D屠宰厂生猪检疫检验环节及其结果,从生猪屠宰检疫检验的角度分析了问题猪肉产生甚至流入市场的原因,并就进一步规范屠宰环节检疫检验措施,保障猪肉安全提出对策建议。
The current valid processing of pig slaughter quarantine and inspection in D slaughter plant in Beijing was investigated and the corresponding data collected and synthesized.Then the problems and potential risks in the slaughter plant were analyzed.Suggestions of standardizing the pig slaughter quarantine and inspection process were put forward to guarantee the food safety.
