摘要
研究了球铰产品橡胶与金属粘合不牢的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明,金属表面处理工艺的选择、模具配合、橡胶型面设计、硫化工艺设计及配方设计是影响球铰产品橡胶与金属粘合的主要因素。金属表面采用粒径为0.6 mm的钢丸喷砂处理15~20 min、模具过盈配合0.3~0.5 mm、设计凹型橡胶台阶型面、设计合适硫化工艺及适量增加配方中硫磺含量均可有效解决球铰产品粘合不牢的外观缺陷。
s: This paper analyzes the factors of bonding failure between rubber and metal in bushing, and puts forward corresponding solving measures. The results show that the pretreatment for the metal, mold fitting surface designing, rubber surface designing, vulcanizing process designing and formulation designing are the main factors of bonding failure, grid blasting 15-20 rain with particle size of 0.6 mm steel, interference fit with 0.3-0.5 mm of the mold, concave rubber surface designing, suitable vulcanizing process and increasing the sulfur content properly can solve the bonding failure problems efficiently.
